	Chef Kevin Rathburn is Atlanta's version of Emril Lagasse - a celebrity chef with a busy PR calendar. I wonder if the cuisine at Nava has not suffered as a result. There has been a gradual decline in quality since Nava opened. My last experience there was so profoundly mediocre I vowed not to return.
